While informed by my training as a licensed mental health therapist, these blog posts are not a substitute for therapy and should not be used as such. If you’re seeking support in processing your experiences, you’re welcome to reach out to explore whether working together may be a good fit.
Knowing Anger

On Staying Human
This blog serves as accountability to myself to continue practicing vulnerability in the hopes of connecting with others. Accountability to stay human and remind others to do the same. It’s a commitment to take a few minutes every now and then to sit with myself and process the busy world that exists within and around me…to reflect on my time, have imperfect thoughts, and share them anyway.
